As a frequent mall goer it’s always a treat to stop at tim hortons for a coffee and a sweet treat. i must say the staff at this location go above and beyond, especially Riley, every sunday morning he serves me my coffee with a smile. It’s the little things that make an experience worth while.

I was eating my supper near the Tim hortons in limeridge mall tonight and I couldn’t help but smile listening to all 3 front staff members positive attitudes and cheerful dispositions as they efficiently helped an endless line of customers.

Great staff and very good customer service. I use their app and pick up my order without having to wait in line.

Went on my break to get hot chocolate. Realized once I was back in my store I was given coffee instead. Don't have time to go back as I spent my whole break waiting in line. This happens far too often

Baker took too long to make a sandwich, didn't start until 5 minutes after order and it was not busy. The lovely supervisor was perfect. Love her
