Subway

I went to this store two weeks earlier to get myself a sub, and I got to know that the owner does not give tips to the employees.. This is highly unethical and unprofessional. If the staff are not getting what they deserve, I believe the owner is attempting to deceive the customers in order to defraud us of more money. The owner has owned this business for a long time, and the staff have worked here day and night without receiving any tips. I strongly advise the staff to speak with the owner; otherwise, this must be reported.

Just had the most annoying experience at this subway. My bf and I walked in about midnight. It was quiet. Staff wouldn’t even acknowledge us and continued making call in orders for nearly 15 minutes. Staff seemed annoyed to have to make our subs. Not friendly at all and I can’t believe how slowly they moved! Other customers started rolling In And it seemed the staff moved even Slower ( if that’s even possible). By the time we got to eat our toasted subs they were just cold and stale tasting. Worst subway experience ever 👎👎

Good location. Across the street from McMaster Children's Hospital. Parking is a bit of a nuisance. Food is what is expected of Subway. The customer service, however, needs alot of work. The manager's/owners need to train their employees on how to provide a great customer experience. If there was another location close by I would go there instead.
