I love to hang inside as it got beautiful view and great parking lot. The store is right on the busy corner and store itself has huge windows next to dinning table. Restroom condition wasn't great as store is very old. Only sad thing is that they are going to close this store on upcoming Dec 29,2019. ll miss the spot. :(

Ordered a 20 piece delivery. It was disgusting. It was like they did not change their fryer grease. It was burnt and dry. I ate 2 pieces and could not eat any more. I called to complain and they said they would send me out a fresh bucket. More than 1-1/2 hours since my initial order and I still don't have my food. Disgusting. I have no idea how they could serve this to anyone looking like this. Instead of golden color it was red and dark in color. I had to call a second time asking for my money back. They then sent the driver to refund my money.

Authentic Chicken at its best. You love the smell and the cheers of the specially trained staff greeting you. Don't worry if you can't take chicken and you are just vegetarian. They offer you veg stuff prepared and served separately with passion. Try their meals, try anything, you would love it. Chillers are at their best and would just chill your bones. Can't imagine how they maintain such a wonderful variety at any outlet that you visit. Quantity and taste are unmatched

Chicken tenders weren't fresh or hot. It's KFC, you know what to expect. The restaurant however was filthy. Finding a clean table after getting my food was not going to happen. Six free tables. All dirty. I reported this to the staff. 15 minutes later four of them are chatting in the kitchen. No one made an effort to clean anything. Makes one wonder what the kitchen looks like

Will not be missed. The wait times were always in the 20-40 minute range, and the place was *filthy*. The bathroom stall doors were broken and had no locks and the floors were always covered in mud. If you looked behind the counter you could see just garbage everywhere. I doubt they cleaned the place more than once a day and changed the chairs more than once a decade.

I ordered at 6:30 pm it is currently 8:34 pm. No food. Still waiting. Store closes soon. This is the second time this has happened to me. Not happy about it. Calling to check everything is alright. Tried calling store. It says number not assigned. Really disappointed, because I have had a bad day and really needed a pick me up.

Great staff. A little overwhelmed but friendly and apologetic. It's clear they are dealing with a lot of corporate pressure. While the staff are fine the food is not. TV dinners have more flavour than this location. I get a craving for KFC every one and a while based on nostalgia. This restaurant reminds me of lonely dinners alone with a Swanson friend chicken dinner. I'm not gonna blame the staff but it's clear something is wrong with this location. Won't be returning.
