Subway

Twice in a row now I've had issues at this location. First time, about 2 months ago, the lone female employee was immediately rude to me for no reason. It wasn't even busy, in fact the store was empty at the time. I left without ordering anything. Then yesterday, went there with my friend to order 2 footlong subs, we had a coupon, I even showed the male employee the coupon we were planning to use before ordering, and he acknowledged it. He makes the subs then at check out refuses to honour the coupon even though the current subway deals are valid until May 20 2022. I would've walked out but my friend was hungry and ended up paying extra but she should not have had to do that

It's really bad costumer service, I ask her for veggie Delite with veggie petty and she said it's not consider under veggie Delite, she said it's consider under sandwich. I said charge me for extra for veggie petty she said not its not working like you have to pay for sandwich if you buy veggie Delite with veggie patty man.. How they serve to the costumer???? Her name is sweety man she is so rude and confusing crew here

Service was fast but person couldn't understand what wanted a few times. I asked for honey oat bread and not whole wheat. I asked for peppers and onions on my sub while being toasted and got Parm cheese, so had to tell her again. Other than that it was ok lol. Location is small but was nice and clean.
