Food was good, reasonably fast service, stuff okay. We went June14/22 about 3:00 pm all good. We got onto the highway and notice, there was food missing. We order a bucket with chicken pieces and tenders, two salads, fries and gravy. We got the chicken, fries and gravy. No salads, no cutlery, and not napkins. What happened to the tenders, salads and cutlery????? It was not busy in the store, there was only two folks before us. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Dear owner., manager and staff Please do your jobs and do them correctly. It's not fair that we have to pay for things we don't get and why should we have to look at our order before we leave. DO YOUR JOBS correctly. Rita

Have not been to this location in a few years, and thought I would try it again. This will be the last time I will be going there. Not only is the overall location falling apart and need a good cleaning, the manager there is very very rude. Front staff was very nice but the manager could learn a thing or two from those who work under him. I asked for a family meal that was all white with no wing, I was treated very rudely even though I am fully aware that I will be paying a lot more for a specific meal. Not only that, when I did agree to take the dark meat that came with the meal the vast majority of the 16 pieces of chicken that I received were dark meat. I think that whoever owns this location needs to train their employees on respect especially since nothing but respect was given to this manager. From now on I will be going to the other location down on Barton Street. That is the location I usually go to and have had no problems there at all. The location I'm Parkdale needs to be closed. And if not closed, it needs a serious cleaning and the higher up people in the staff need some training.

First and last time here, didn't feel welcomed into the store, everyone seemed fed up of their jobs, alot of swearing from the cashier, condiments thrown in my bag, overall customer service sucks, food was soggy my kids barely ate it. Customer service is not for everyone, as soon as I went in I was dying to leave. You're better off cooking at home, trust me.

I have to share an experience. Advertised was the return of Toonie Tuesday!!! So, I went in to purchase these meals. However, when I ordered, they told me that this was an online offer only. Ok. I understand. I went back to my truck and tried to order these online. Much to my chagrin, this offer was nowhere to be found on KFC.ca or the KFC app. A little upset: I went back into this location on Parkdale and explained my findings or lack thereof. The manager and staff member on duty honoured this price for me. I was actually impressed with the level of professionalism from this particular location. I will definitely go back to this KFC. Kudos to your customer service based employees.

Today was my 2nd time spending my work lunch at this KFC. AND let me tell you, this location is GREAT. 🤌🏾🤌🏾 I got a 3 pce. with fries, drink, bbq sauce and a biscuit. Everything was delicious. I know the cooks are really putting effort into their work. Also, the sweet lady Brenda, who was at the front, is so kind and friendly. 👍🏾 One visit and you already that this KFC is outstanding. Juicy, succulent, and tender. Will definitely be coming back.

Lady st counter had a HORRIBLE, CONDESCENDING attitude! We left and went to Popeyes in Center Mall. There, the staff is amazing and chicken pieces are much MUCH bigger. Not cut in half to pretend it's 2 pieces. WE ARE DONE WITH KFC. If Corporate is allowing bad staff and ripoff of customers, then its time to move on!!! Hey! KFC!! It's 2023 not 1960!!@

Wow. I go to the barton st location often. Last week i decided to try the parkdale location. If i was the store owner/manager i would be ashamed. The place is disgusting. Also the large guy who was working was rude and did not give me all food i ordered, Or napkins or a fork. When i went back he acted like he did nothing wrong and rudely gave me the rest of what i paid for. Won't be going back. Take the extra 5 min and drive to Barton st. Its brand new, clean and they have employees that are actually polite. Plus they never mess up order on barton st.

A very very very bad experience and terrible customer service… The cashier this night, at 7:30, was very nervous. She don’t give the customer time to order, she sneering too much. She makes me order quickly wrong order!! I think you can hire any failed person as a cashier or front line worker because he’s the image of the business. KFC is good but not this branch!!! By the way, put visible names on the badge!
