Harvey's

I came in today to order 2 poutines, the wait was a little long but I understand the Buffalo chicken takes a while to make . When I got my poutines the paper bag ripped and they ended up falling on the ground. The ladies there were so empathetic and ended up replacing the poutines for me right away. They were sweet to clean us up and asked my daughter if we were okay. Thank you for the great customer service. We really appreciate the small gestures :)

If I'm going to pay a higher price for items on my food, I expect it to be on my food!! If not it puts me in a BAD MOOD While Eating !!! After this review I received an email from Harvey's Restaurant where they said "your feedback and patronage is important to us, and I hope that you will give us another chance to deliver on our promise of delivering the perfect Guest experience" In response I say this: I expected some kind of compensation to create the opportunity to a second chance of Harvey’s delivering the perfect guest experience. Without a reason there is no chance.

Check your burgers! I ordered a buffalo chicken burger yesterday and ate half of it before noticing the middle was completely raw. When I went back to show them, the staff was too busy being be yelled by who I’m assuming is the manager (he wasn’t in uniform) in front of customers. No one even acknowledged the fact that they had given me a raw chicken burger. When I asked to receive a full refund on my order which was roughly $12, I was handed $7.50 because it “more than covered the burger”.

Terrible. Slow drive thru. The burger was dry. I asked for both burgers: mustard ketchup and extra pickle. I got two pickles and my sons burger for a change there got 3 but all layered the same direction. Same with my two pickles. The k/m were minimal. It was dry burger.i go to harvwys for their thicker meat. If I pay that much to eat out I want product. But we at other Harvey's 2 weeks ago in northbay and that was delicious. I unfortunately ate here a few times. It was okay thick burger at least to nope. I would pick any Wendy's in Hamilton anyday. On another note I am ashamed i eat out enough to A. compare and B. Compare to the last time. I reflect on this as much as one me.
