*Ingredients*: bread, bacon, beef, cheese, ketchup and mayo
*Presentation*: ★★☆☆☆ - an exceptionally dull burger with meat and meat and a sauce that looks like meat. Not a good look, especially when compared to other well-rounded Wendy's burgers (the Dave's series, for example.)
*Aroma*: ★★☆☆☆ - slightly too much meat for my liking. The patty smells sweet, but the bacon slices smell too marinated. Burgers don't tend to have the best aroma, so this is to be expected.
*Flavour*: ★★★★☆ - meat through and through. The patty tastes freshly grilled, juicy, and unmarinated; remarkable for a $10 burger. The bacon, though excessively brined, adds some much needed salt to an otherwise bland profile.
*Texture*: ★★★★☆ - bacon hard, patty soft, burger good. Some vegetable could make it even better, though.

*Quality*: ★★★☆☆ - mediocre, not crispy yet not made from whole potatoes. Not bad, but not exceptional either.

*Service*: ✓ - remarkable speed, most staff work with a smile.
*Cleanliness*: ✗✗ - four out of five staff are not wearning masks, sub-par even by pre-pandemic standards.The mens washroom does not have a functioning soap dispenser.

This branch is close to me and I must say after the renovation it is awesome! The food is always fresh and tasty, and I never have to wait long for my order.
Only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the person who took my order was not very friendly and didn't even smile at me. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. I get it, we all have bad days, but I was in customer service for years, and I know that the most basic thing you can do is smile at people to make them feel their business was appreciated.
She wasn't rude, mind you, just disinterested in serving me.

Honestly every single time I come to this location I’m disappointed. The only reason I ever keep trying is because it’s closest to my house but wow is the food quality at this location HORRIBLE, the bacon is so hard that you could crack a tooth on it every time. Tonight I asked for fresh bacon and was told that request would cause a 10 min wait…. I have no idea what bacon takes 10 min to cook-however right away the employee told me they had bacon fresh actually…which was definitely not true since it was cold and as hard as a rock while I was leaving the drive thru…. As someone who’s worked in various restaurants it’s disappointing how negligent you guys are toward food quality. Picture shows how the bacon just cracks into pieces
Quick add on last time we were here the employee who brought our food to the car wasn’t wearing a mask…

This place is so whack. They are very understaffed over there and the managers don’t care to hire anyone. I know this because I know someone that works there. That’s a brand new Wendy’s too that place got renovated and everything. So how does it make sense that the debt machines stop working for a whole month and the fryer station brakes down?? And it’s still not fixed and it’s been weeks. That’s unbelievable. A lot of people have quit because it’s too much abuse over there. They need to hire more people and the managers have to do better. If I could give this place zero stars I would

Was one of my favorite branches if this chain. Customer service has plummeted. Tried to place my drive through order 3 times and was constantly interrupted. Got so frustrated I canceled the order and left. Went to the location in Cambridge where everything went smoothly. Avoid this location until management brings it back up to the old service standard.

One star is generous. The service was horrible. VERY slow. We were in the drive through line for almost half an hour. Employees have zero sense of urgency and were very rude. To top it all off, my burger looked like it had been flattened. I will not be going back.

Horrible experience. Attitude from the employees. Worst service. Waited forever to be served then waited forever for our food. Been there several times because it’s closest to my home. We ate and dined in. Not asked if we were dining in or taking out. Got our food in a bag when we needed a tray.
The music they played was clearly not was supposed to be played. Felt like we were in a night club.
We will never return to this location again.
Also not to mention the filthy counters. Not a table was clean and we didn’t have lids, straws or ketchup OR the containers to put them in.

Has to be the slowest drive thru I've ever witnessed.. I'll give anyone the benefit on one bad experience, but I have been to this Wendy's now on three separate occasions over the last 4 months and every single time it is close to a 25 minute wait to get three cars through. Several cars infront and behind me just up and left because they couldn't handle the wait any longer.
