Pizza Pizza

I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. This was THE worst experience I've ever had at pizza pizza. Apr 22, 2022, I ordered 2 boxes of pizza here at this location. Starting off, the guy got my order wrong and included another toping on the pizza which I did not even order or could eat. I had to correct him there. Moving on to when the pizza was ready..., I hadn't noticed it then but it was ABSOLUTELY TRASH. It was literally burnt to such an extent that one of the pizza's crust was completely black from bottom. To top it off, they used expired ingredients or something because there was something wrong with the taste (especially the dough and paste). I ended up throwing all of it out and kept a few of the better slices so I could take a picture later. See pic. What you see, are the BEST slices I got... meaning the rest were much more burnt than these. Looking at the other reviews, it seems I'm not alone. Overall, never buy from this location.

Feeling very disappointed. Overall, I had a bad experience at this location! My friend and I ordered multiple large boxes of pizza. The pizzas tasted absolutely disgusting, you could even argue that the ingredients used were expired. The bottom was all burnt up to a crisp, and most of the pizza was inedible. The burnt taste lingered everywhere that whenever I took a bite, I almost felt like throwing up. I ended up having to throw all of the pizza out. Ordering here was a waste of money and time, and overall a huge mistake!

I ordered pizza on 21st Nov through Skipthedish in night.The pizza was burnt from edges , cooked too much from the bottom that made the pizza so hard to chew and eat.The pizza had burnt taste.Also i can guarantee that the guy used a old expired dough to make pizza.It happened with me 2-3 times already the guy who works there always make these mistakes.So i thought this time i am going to raise this issue and put a review for this store and the guy who works there..See pictures for reference.

Extremely disappointed with their service. Delivery driver was late and rude. When I informed him he was over the 40 minutes guarantee he said "Just pay it it's $15." Forgot my drink as well. When I opened the box I saw that they also messed up the pizza and it was folded in and cold. They obviously don't care about quality or customer service.

If you've got a voucher for an air miles redemption do not even think about coming here. He would not accept any of the honored piece of pizza official vouchers or certificate. Make sure you go to another location. When head office tried to call he wouldn't answer the phone. Then would not even speak to me about serving me any further. Completely ignoring me. The Pizza Pizza on Dundurn did accept all vouchers #airmiles
