Mucho Burrito

I ordered via skip the dishes, my whole order is prepared well but I am getting 75% bag of chip empty especially when I ordered for serve two I wouldn’t like to accept quantity of serve one chips after paying extra for serve 2 chips. Do you think it’s for serve 2 quantity of chips? why are you giving lesser quantity of food even when I pay extra for what I order. Why do I have to pay more and get less at your store ?

Lately, very poor service, they don’t read the instructions. The bowls always have undercooked ingredients, which I mention in my Uber reviews. I have been ordering here for a long time (Uber), but for the past couple of months the quality and service has been deteriorating and no ownership is taken. I believe I am done with this location, will avoid it. I love Mucho, so will have to see if I can order from other locations. Sadly, I am changing my review from five stars (rewarded in 2020) to one star today.

This was hands down the most disgusting meal I’ve ever ordered from Skip the Dishes. First off, it took 1.5 hours to arrive after giving a 32 min time estimation. It arrived cold. Every single topping on the tacos were wrong. The soft shells were chewy and stale. The bowl we ordered also had wrong toppings and the rice was crunchy. Then to end the entire terrible experience they didn’t include the dessert we paid for and ordered. Total cost for this meal that we threw out was $37.03 We sent a complaint to Skip and was refunded for the gross tacos and the missed dessert but still paid for the rest. Will never be back, would never recommend this place and hopefully this also saves you a $37 meal that’s now sitting in the trash.

The best burritos i’ve ever had by far. the burritos from here are definitely something you have to try. from the first bite to the last you will never be disappointed or dissatisfied. the place is clean and looks very well maintained and organized. the staff were a pleasure to talk to and the drinks were nice and cold. Will definitely be back !
