Been ordering from Palermos’s for the past 3 years and visited the restaurant a few times. They used to be top notch but not any more. This is the 2nd time I ordered a antipasto salad and many ingredients were missing. Got mom a gluten free pizza (she has celiac) and paid for sausage which never appeared.She didn’t care but my salad went to the trash. Ordered a half Italian hoagie with extra hot peppers last time and got the roll with one piece of ham and one piece of cheese and one sweet pepper. I call and get offered a free pizza next time. Well there won’t be a next time! You guys went from hero to zero! I’m done!! Threw away the menu and deleted them from my contacts!! Trust me, if I could leave 0 stars I would!!

OK...so I love palermos food most of the time... wraps n fries excellent, sandwiches decent...but I dont know why they burn their tomato pie....all the time...every single time I order it delivered which is a couple times a year.... the taste of it would be amazing if it wasnt burnt... This was last time for me ordering pizza or tomato pie...3 pieces were edible..

Moved to the area 5 months ago. We’ve been there 3 or 4 times. Always really good. Food, friendliness, and value are great. Atmosphere could use some updating. Ordered the Fish and Chips last night to go. Teeeeriffic.....Big portions of Cod , piping hot French fries. We’ll definitely be back

Two stars based on food and bar service was poor. No one paid attention when we walked in, we had to keep asking bartender for service. No personality, never a smile. Forgot to serve the Caesar salad, Sicilian sampler missing the pita bread which came 10 minutes later. Kitchen staff may have been part of the reason. This place has definitely gone down hill over last 3 years.

I have been coming here for years. I enjoy ordering their pizza with fresh garlic and freshly made salads. My only complaint is that I ordered a antipasto salad and they didn't have any salami for the salad.
