I hear bad things and good things from people but in my own experience, I love this place. The prices are high but not outrageous especially for what you're getting. Happy hour long islands if you want a good drink to get buzzed without paying for expensive drinks, I think they're 2$ and 2 of them is enough for me anyway. Sometimes the food takes a bit longer to get out but I've never had bad food here whether it be cooked wrong, cold, whatever. It's always been right. And the servers, extremely beautiful women who are as kind as can be (which can make a drunk man tip a bit much.. 🤣), I can't say anything about managers cause I've never had to talk to any. I've had nothing but good experiences here and I hope you all do too! Just don't drink and drive, please. That goes for anywhere you go that has alcohol. With that being said, customer service 10/10 food 10/10 price 9/10. Even with inflation as high as it is right now their food quality hasn't went down and the prices haven't went up, I can't say the same about other food joints in hamilton.. So yes, I would recommend this location. EDIT: I notice most any place with reviews people take photos of other people, I'm sure without consent. Don't do this as you could be sued and if they are underage you could be in trouble with the law! If you want to take photos take pics of your food, not other people with Rights under our Constitution.

Food was hot and delicious! The waitress was very good and friendly. 7/27/23 service was not so great today at lunchtime. When we arrived there was only 1 other table. The prime rib dipper was definitely not prime rib. We waited at least 20 minutes for the check. Don't go here on an hour lunch break.

There was hardly anyone here when we stopped for dinner, which makes one skeptical of the food. The food was really good and the service was good. BBQ ribs were tender and fell off the bone, burgers were good as well. Just make sure to ask for mayo or ketchup since they don't include that on the burger. No complaints from anyone in our dinner party. We will definitely eat here again when we are in the area.
