Mostly set up as a drive through, and although it is always busy, the workers are friendly and in a good mood !

It's fine. Simple orders and more popular foods are just the same. Good spot for grabbing food if you're in the area. Drive through is very popular at this location and seems to go relatively quick. Order anything a little different like the chili and it'll take a few more minutes than longer.
I keep going back when I work in the area but I'm going to change back to simpler things like bagels just to reduce wait.

Be careful and check your orders, asking for Teas getting French Vanilla... And the wait times are nasty, 4 people working 2 talking, 1 making drinks and 1 handing them out... 20 wait after ordering at speaker to wait another 20 at the window while they make your drinks lol.... Have a gooder y'all!!!

The Tim's I visit is very slow dealing with inside customers.They focus more on the drive through customers while the inside line moves extremely slow.

Tim Hortons around Spryfield is a gamble, you can either get good service or bad service. If your only getting a doughnut you *should* be good.
If your only ordering a drink you should have a good experience, unless your getting more than 4 then you might have issues.
If your getting food be prepared to wait at least 5-10m. It may not seem that long but prepare in advance in case your on a time limit.

They forget half of my order sometimes and they don't have cinnamon rolls but it's understandable

They may not always be the fastest (staffing shortages!) but they always get my iced coffee correct and have never been anything but kind and understanding if I've had an issue with an item.

This Tim Hortons is so consistent, my spouse and I get coffee here almost daily and never once have been disappointed. Keep doing what you are doing!
