Sainsburys Cafe

Once again very poor. Long queue, probably understaffed at counter and in the kitchen. Nice food but this café is clearly not coping with its "success". There wasn't a clean table to be had. Staff bringing out the food must have instructions not to clear any tables come what may. They categorically walk past the mess. The dirty dishes on the rack are also not cleared away. This place needs sorting desperately.

Bit shocked. The cafe was very dirty. Messy tables. Floor was a disgrace. People leaving there trays on tables as the tray trolley was full. I was there for a good half an hour nobody cleared any tables. Plenty of staff working. But all young. Easy to clear some tables after bringing food out. I had to clean my owntable just so I could sit down. Not acceptable.

Always a good cuppa and nice confectionery but need new trays.Some are cracked, some are just very old but my big beef is they are usually wet. Not only if this unpleasant, not experienced in other cafes I visit, but wet means it harbours germs. I love the store, like the cafe but as a regular customer, I am regularly annoyed by this

Shockingly poor. Ordered takeaway and it came out on plates. They clearly reheated my omelette in the microwave while waiting for boxes as tastes like rubber. When they say toppings on omelette they mean it literally just like an omelette calzone. Ordered a bacon sandwich with extra sausage and when got to work realised they had only put in the sausage, no bacon at all. Will not be going back!
