Stopped by for lunch as we traveled through Haleyville. The lobby cashier was polite. I ordered a large tea and was told they were out of large cups so I had to get a medium That was ok, although a large tea would have been ideal for our drive, but I understand. The chicken snack was delicious and hot. Very pleased with my visit.

I'd like to think of myself as a patient and understanding individual. And understand that there may be staffing shortages, like everywhere else. But I just waited 37 minutes in the drive-thru line. There are 17 cars behind me in line that I know will have the same thoughts. And its been this way on multiple occasions.

Tried new chocolate Expresso milk shake. It was pretty good. I don't like chocolate shakes but do like coffee shakes. This had enough Expresso in it with chocolate chips that it didn't taste like a chocolate shake at all so thumbs up! And it's so 🔥 stinking hot 🔥 here it really hit the spot. Good 👍🏻 job!

RIDICULOUSLY long drive thru line/waiting time! 40 minutes from placing my order to paying for it at the window! Idk exactly what it is, but there is DEFINITELY a problem with the process. It seems its ALWAYS like this at this location. The employees are very friendly and courteous. I only keep returning to this location because its "on the way" to another of my destinations.

I have never seen employees work slower and not care about speed of service than the employees here. From the time I walked into the restaurant until the time I received my food was 33 mins. The employee taking orders at only 1 register took 2 orders in the 33 mins I stood there and slowly walked around and looked for things to do other than take orders and did them as slow as she could and it’s like she was avoiding taking orders because she would look up and see 12 people in the line and would find anything else to do except go to the register and take the next persons order. Never seen anything like it. Luckily another employee started taking orders at the 2nd register. There were only 2 people in front of me in line when I walked in. There were plenty of employees working so there was no excuse to be THAT slow whatsoever. Someone needs to find a way to motivate these employees to work at a normal pace. There is no telling the money they are losing from people just leaving because of the speed of service.
