Bagel Buffet

So the food itself wasn’t HORRIBLE BUT- the girl who took my order asked me if I wanted my roll toasted for my Taylor ham egg&chz. I said NO. And when I got my food the roll was SOLID as a rock. So she knowingly asked me if I wanted it toasted bc she KNEW it was old and stale and was going to be hard so if she toasted it atleast it would seem like it was hard as a rock- from the toasting - and not from being old and stale. I can’t believe they just served that to me. Now of I do want to point out though— if the bread wasn’t old- it would’ve been really good - which is a shame.

The bagels are good which is why I rated 2 stars instead of 1. This is my 3rd time ordering from here. First time took over an hour for 3 bagel sandwiches to be delivered less than half mile away. This most recent time I placed an order to pick up at a later time. At the exact time I was supposed to pick up, I get a call from GrubHub telling me that the restaurant had cancelled my order due to "internet issues" and refused to take the order over the phone from the GrubHub rep. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from here again.

I work in a medical office and we are constantly ordering from this location because its good and its walking distance from our medical office. The salads are great, but unfortunately the service is not. Today was our breaking point with this place. We received our food in a timely fashion.. but they forgot the dressings. So we called as any facility would and they told us the driver would bring the dressing on the next route. We waited OVER A HOUR with no driver present and when I called the woman at the front desk she stated "oh he forgot again..." How can you forget when someone just reminded you to bring the dressing? We literally are a 4-5 min drive from bagel buffet and I found it disrespectful because we aren't just any customers... we regularly order from them at least once/week. We are a medical facility and as any who works there knows that our time is limited for lunch. So our facility will never be ordering from this location again. If you are on a time crunch I would recommend ordering hours in advance and remind them to pack the necessary items.
