Mcdonald's

For the most part nothing is wrong, they give me exactly what is on the receipt. But see, that's the thing, quite a few times I asked for certain things and they didn't give me. They didn't call back order either, especially when it didn't pop up on scream and just told me to pull forward. My coming thing I would ask for is a double quarter pounder meal with two happy meals. They would ring me up as a quarter pounder. Sometimes I wouldn't notice until I already pulled up and there is a huge line behind me, so I just say forget it. But one day they messed up. They charge me for a double and gave me a single. I had to wait 30 minutes to go back around. Now, I make sure the order is correct. Either their is something wrong with their hearing or their headset sucks. Regardless of my background, I know they can hear me because I have always been told I am a loud person. Yet, this McDonald's acts like they don't hear me during the EVENING time. Morning and lunch time, I have no complaints, it is always the evening I have an issue with. This day particular though, for an evening time was fast and efficient. Kudos to a job, finally, well done!

😡😡I got some food And a coffee drink. When I was ordering my food I told her "one moment while I asked if my boyfriend Wanted anything". She said no your total is blah blah blah. I Said "excuse me I need to order more food" she said "NO! you ordered your food we dont have time to wait on you". Time that it took for us arguing back-and-forth on the speaker I could have finished my order. When I got to the window I said "you don't have to be so rude" And she was like "does it look like I care" I drove off and I asked to speak with a manager, which the manager was very sweet, but still nothing was done and that girl is still there being rude as ever!!😡😡
