Waited too long for cold food. Haven't went back since.... Maybe some day I will go for a Reese's blast, at least my pretzels were warm. Cold burger is not good business.

Mediocre Sonic food, several ordering screens are always out of order too, definitely not an outstanding Sonic. Last couple of black coffees I've ordered came out as iced coffees with cream and Carmel in them, and I made sure to order plain, black, hot coffee. The workers are young and evidently don't know what I'm talking about. Sad and frustrating.

Just had some today it was so good but if you get some ice cream with snicker bits there is huge hard bits and I don't really like that but it was real good 8/10 would recommend

Don’t know why every time I go to get icecream or something two hours to close “it isn’t working” but it was fine the whole day and all of a sudden it’s broken? Just employees shutting stuff down early so they don’t have to stay late

Waited over 30 minutes for someone to take my order. Plenty of employees inside goofing around. So I left twice this week don't recommend it at this point

I've been to 5 different stalls in 40 minutes no response to any of the button pushes.... and that's the screens that actually work.

This took place on 2/27/22 after 3 pm, We placed our order, waited in line for 35 minutes,
while we waited in line they tried to give us the wrong order, witnessed the people in line in front of us have to return food twice, finally got to the window, just for the staff to once again try to give us the wrong order, they proceeded to try to retake our order, so we cancelled our order and left, will never go here again
