Overall the experience was quite smooth and the people behind the desk were very helpful and generous enough. However, the hot and crispy chicken was abit dry, they need to improve their timing of frying for the tenderness of the chicken, rest was totally fine.. Well, I’m a veery huge KFC fan and this outlet might have not disappointed me. The quality of food might have have been better though. 🍗😅

Visited again today. It has been renovated and looks very nice. Limited seats though. Around six four seater tables and three two seater small tables. Wait time is pretty small. Ambience is cool too. Staff have pleasant attitude. I am not a kfc person. Taste was okayish. French fries not crispy at all. Chicken legs were very dry. Popcorn was okay. Hot wings were spicy. But quantity definitely felt sufficient Somehow I found taste better at other kfc outlets. Because of the upcoming flyover at zoo tiniali, parking situation is messy.

I like this place. This place is on first floor of a multistory building and cinema is on 5th floor. The food here is same as in all KFC outlets the place is cozy and can b easily seen from road on a heavy traffic. The kfc here has two floors. The seating area is on firat floor. We have to take the our food and go to first floor to eat. This is not liked by me. The shop is really small.
