Bojangles

The southern hospitality is an actual thing. The staff was nice, very home like/ family like personalities. The food was good. Chicken is spicy, but not too bad. My mother-in-law said the chicken sandwich was way spicier than the chicken(like legs, thighs and etc. The fries were great. They're slimmer than steak fries with some type of seasoning on them and they were amazing. Omg and those biscuits 🤩... I smelled them 1st and they smelled like maple syrup or maybe cinnamon 🤤 I added the honey and the biscuit was complete. My husband watched my face in just complete bliss. The biscuit was soft, with a hint of sweetness, the mash potatoes and gravy was super good too. If you haven't had Bojangles... Go get some today🎉🤩🎉

I am highly disappointed in the service. It seems to never get better here. I will wait a few months sometimes hoping the staff will change and they are better but instead it seems to get worst. The wait is insane and then the attitudes that come along with it. This time I went and when I got home, they forgot part of my order, the mashed potatoes was partially cooked(still had the flakes in it), fries(barely any) and my goodness… the sweet tea was so thick because of the amount of sugar in it.. It was straight sugar, not the slightest taste of tea. It’s Grovetown for crying out loud.. I would think it would be up to par with the rest of the fast food places here… wrong! I officially would rather drive to another for fried chicken.

Ordered online and was advised my order was going to be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant the order wasn’t ready. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes before the order was ready. The tea was hot and they failed to include a sandwich in the order. Though the personnel are friendly expect to wait for a long time if you are ordering any family meal. The food was ok if you don’t mind salty food but not worth the extended wait.

Every time I come here it's terrible. I come once every few months and the service never improves. I always have to pull up for my food as well as the car ahead and behind me. Sunday was the same thing just to get home and the order be completely wrong. It was even missing a sandwich smh. I didn't even bother calling or going back. I will say the receipt was taped to the bag and it was rung up correct but it's certainly not what I received.

I ordered a 4 piece tender box combo, the best part of the combo was the pink lemonade. The tenders if you would even consider what I got as tenders, were very old and looked tender nuggets. The fries where old and they gave me a small portion for a medium. The guy who gave it to me wasn’t even in uniform, he was in a blue Jean jacket. REQUEST YOUR STUFF TO BE DROPPED FRESH AND CHECK IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Website hours for this Bojangles claim 5AM opening on Sat & Sun. For the past two weekends on both Sat & Sun when I pulled up to the drive-thru around 530AM, the automated "Sorry this store is closed" plays on loop and no one answers. Food is usually great but when I'm hoping to start my day with some bo-rounds and the store isn't open as it claims, it sucks.

I use to go here all the time I won't be back. I was sitting at the drive thru and one of the girls working was making someone's food ,she had chicken with tongs,and she just reached up and touched it with her bare hands,no gloves. Some people might not mind but the should wear gloves if there touching food. They have always been slow and not to friendly
