Cracker Barrel

Worst Cracker Barrel ever. The Mac & cheese, chicken and mash were all returned because it was disgusting. The chicken was old and super greasy. The mash must've been sitting out for a while because the gravy was hard and crusted. And the Mac and cheese was tasteless and cold. WOW, how was this possible? The foods was repulsive. This should have a negative star rating. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE- 😕 Becareful because this food didn't sit right with the family. We're lucky we didn't get food poisoning. This place should close up shop until they rehire new kitchen staff. Don't waste your money.

I would not come back here. The server was nice. However, the food was flavorless to me. I came because I was with family and they wanted to come but it was entirely too packed to be in the middle of a pandemic. I could barely sit down at my table without bumping into others. I ordered a sampler. The best thing was the bacon and the hashbrown casserole. However, still not good enough for me to want to come back.

Mom and I enjoyed a lunch there today. Mom had the Maple Bacon Chicken with corn and Mac & Cheese, I had a Chicken Pot Pie. The only thing that would make the I-20 / Belaire Rd location better would be parking for handicapped out front versus it being designated togo pickup orders. Also wait staff should realize handicapped persons shouldn't be walked to the farthest table ( that didn't happen today, but has in the past).

The customer service was great and the food was delicious. Went on a Sunday and the place was packed so we had to wait around 30 min but we got our food quickly. Absolutely loved the broccoli and the chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside. This particular Cracker Barrel was very clean and organized and would highly recommend!

Came in today for a quick lunch with my Mom. Usually get the roast beef and it is always wonderful. Today half of it was a little tough to cut. I still 'took no prisoners' lol. Mom had the fried chicken tenders with bacon Mac & cheese and seasonal fruit. Tenders lived up to the name! The honey mustard is a definite must try! As always the wait staff is so nice and accommodating. Always nice to roam the store as well. Different things to see every time.

Everything was really good except we got our food to go and the receipt said no gravy, however we weren't asked about gravy, and we would've liked gravy on both our orders had we been given the option. Once we were all the way home and found out it wasn't worth the 20 minute drive back to have the order corrected so we just made do without, but the mashed potatoes were really dry without it. Other than that the rest of the food was really good and the staff was very nice.
