I absolutely love the Tim’s at Windward Drive, Grimsby. The staff is always smiling and ever friendly. We love stopping by on our evening walks for a coffee and small bite. The coffee is always fresh, and the food also so. Great service, happy faces and the amazing Tim’s coffee. :)

Great service this past weekend. I made an ordering mistake and they were very fast to correct the issue. Friendly service.
As for the comments about bringing animals into the location...Animals need to stay outside of eating establishments. No questions....no signs...just common sense.

I get my morning coffee here most mornings. Friendly customer service. This time of year (June) WATCH OUT for the Red Winged Black Birds that are hanging out in the tall grass beside the drive-thru. They're on the defense and protecting their nests and will swoop to protect their nests if you're walking near here. Witnessed a jogger get swooped on by one of the birds 2 days ago!

The great customer service at this location keeps me coming back. The employee with purple hair is very friendly and always gets my order right! Location is very clean and the food is fresh, a highlight of my evenings

First time having Tim Horton's. The donuts here were absolutely unreal. I'm glad I don't have a Tim Horton's where I live because I'm sure I'd be an unhealthy level of fat. The only problem was the girl taking my order was super rude to me because I stuttered when telling her my order. I felt like George Costanza in Seinfeld with the Soup Nazi episode. "No donuts for you!" Lol
