I'm not putting this lightly when I say this is the best Subway I've ever been to. The owner is always kind and fun to talk to. Ingredients are also kept fresh and she bakes the cookies perfectly every time.

It's a Subway, if you've been to one you've been to them all, right? Well pretty much but I decided to rate this one based on 2 items. The sandwich maker was very pleasant and quite helpful and...they actually had Jalopeno peppers!!! (My local Subways in Cobourg, Ontario DO NOT anymore, sadly).
All in all this was an above average Subway experience and I'll be back on a future visit to Grimsby.

Ordered through the App, and went to pick up at the time noted. The young man working was alone, and 5 people in line. This kid should get a raise for his work ethic. He never stopped moving, and had polite apologies for each customer regarding the wait. Some may complain about the wait, but I was pleased to see the work ethic. He should be commended.
