We went through the drive thru at 12.15pm today. The girl who took our order was very abrupt - to the point of rudeness. I suggest the manager does a drive thru to get the 'customer experience'. I'm sure he would be as disappointed as what we were. Also, no cutlery was given even though our order had coleslaw. The guy who gave us our order was jovial, polite and happy to give customer service.

I thought Goulburn Auburn st was slow but this was absolutely pathetic. If they had said at the start there would be a delay i would have given them 5 stars for honestly but nothing said. Nearly 20 minutes wait at the counter yet multiple cars managed to get served at the drive through. They must be a great team as surely not only do they cook but also duck out the back and catch the chooks dispatch, pluck Nd then cook

This joint takes the prize as the most shambolic restaurant or food service outlet that I have ever set foot in. Speed of service is glacial, but what they lack in alacrity, they more than make up for with inaccuracy and over-cooking of the chicken. Just about every customer that I saw picking up their order ended up returning to the counter because something was missing. I made the mistake of not checking our bag when we left - when we got home we discovered that they had left out three items. The three charmless nurks working the counter engaged in non-stop banter with each other, and with food prep staff, ignoring waiting customers in favour of tossing out sizzling bon mots about each other's haircuts, clothes, quality of school work etc. The manager of the joint was on the drive-thru windows and demonstrated his consummate professionalism by shouting at staff and calling all the customers "Boss". There was a constant stream of swearing and off-colour anecdotes coming through from back of house. All in all, a most charming customer experience.

I am absolutely disgusted in the service I just received whilst going through drive - through, it's not hard to give a customer there food and thank them for there service, instead I just had my food practically thrown at me, given pure attitude from a young Caucasian female at around 12pm this afternoon and she shut the window before I could even say anything!!! I am appalled and your attitude can upset someone long after the incident occured! Go back and do some training if you wish to succeed! 😡😡😡😡
