Round Table Pizza

I ordered 2 chicken club sandwiches which are suppose to be warm. It came with a salad that was put in the same box as the warm sandwich. When we got the the salad was wilted and the sandwich was soggy. I did call and complain was told that I could get a refund or wait another 45 minutes for new food I took the refund. I was also told that they always put the sandwich in with the salad which is not true cause that was the first time I got it like that. You should never put a hot sandwich in with a cold salad.

Ordered on the app for delivery said it would be an hour wait. At 1.5 hours I called and they told me they weren't delivering tonight. No call no nothing from them and they hadn't even started my pizza. All they said was sorry. I Will NEVER use them again. If I could give them a negative number I would. They could care less wether I ordered or not.

This is one of my favorite places to go for pizza but as of six or seven months back or so the quality in service has declined. I have had issues with missing ingredients or incorrect toppings every single time I have gone. Today I ordered a medium half pepperoni and half Hawaiian that had 5 slices of pepperoni, which is significantly less than the usual amount (not that I counted) but it basically looked like a cheese pizza. I usually let them know and they fix the issues but it has become a regular thing that I have to do every time I get my order. I hope service returns to be what it used to because I respect and support businesses like RT in Gridley but for the price that we pay for a pizza there, the very least they can do is get orders correctly most of the time.

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered delivery several months ago and they called an hour later and told me it couldnt be delivered. No manager was available and i could only get a refund or my pizza by going in. I went in and was told they forgot to make it and I could wait but I couldn't get a refund till the manger came in. I never got my refund. Tonight I tried again in hope it better but after I made and paid for my order it said delivery time is after midnight so I called them and was told we arent delivering and i can come in or hope to get a refund in a week. They lack of training and refusal to take responsibility for screwing over customers is a shame. I should have learned from the last time but i strongly suggest not ordering from this place untill they fix there issues and care about their customers otherwise your taking the risk of being robbed aswell
