Starbucks

This is the best Starbucks! Clearly we all know that the staff at all Starbucks are overly friendly, but these staffers are super sweet in & non forced way! My kiddos love to say hi out the window. They take my order & QUICKLY get it done!!! This is my favorite location. There is another just down the road but it doesn't compare! The other location is always super slow & mess up orders.

Starbucks seriously has the most incompetent employees here… Always trying to double charge your card because they made a mistake sure it drops off in 5-7 business days but it’s still pending on my account and when you’re paycheck to paycheck that’s not acceptable especially when it’s their error and not your own.. i told them I want to use a rewards on my $6.75 drink and what do they do? They use it on my coworkers $5.25 drink even though I specifically told them I wanted to use my reward on my expensive drink not on my coworkers drink… and then they say “oh well we can just void it and redo it” but then they’d have to charge my card twice! sure the pending car charge will fall off buuut… I’m still paycheck to paycheck I can’t afford to wait that 5-7 business days for it to fall off!! This seems to be a reoccurring issue with them. I think Starbucks needs to retrain their employees instead of charging their card 100000 times.

I’m giving this Starbucks a 2 stars. I know they have long lines but they handed me my Frappuccino drink and no napkin so as we drove a way drops kept landing on my shirt and I wasn’t happy!! I also asked for double Carmel and all the other Starbucks know what that means but this place doesn’t know what that means. And I paid almost $1 more for coffee here then for Starbucks coffee a couple blocks away at another one and there I don’t get stains on my shirt. I won’t be coming back to this one for a few reasons. The only reason there getting a 2 stars is the guy was friendly.

👍👍🥐 Ordered drive thru around 4pm. Line was 5 cars long, but moved quickly. Total time spent from arrival to departure was less than 5 minutes. Employee was pleasant and helpful, order was filled correctly, and everything tasted great! ORDER: Caramel Frappuccino, Grande Passion Tea Lemonade, Venti Chocolate Croissant Cheese Danish TOTAL: under $15
