Pizza Hut

I ordered 2 pizza's tonight and cinnamon rolls. I was told 50 to 60 minutes to be delivered. It has been 2 and a half hours ago still hasn't showed up. I called 5 different time's and store just kept hanging up. I called corporate and they said 15 to 20 more minutes and that was over an hour ago. Still not here.

I called to order a pizza tonight and got transferred to another number, told they were closed during open hours and hung up on, put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone all in like 20 minutes. One employee even said she "can try" to make a large pan pizza. Try? Isn't that what Pizza Hut does? These are people who can't handle working under pressure and are a sad representation of this location of Pizza Hut. You need to look at the staff you have working on a night like New Year's because the staff on shift New Years Eve 2018 were an epic fail!

The place inside is very old and run-down. When I ordered online it said 30-45min for my order so I went to pick it up and to have to wait 45 more min on top of that 45min expected wait time. So after that extra 45min wait I get called up to just be told that the cook left without making my order. Rather have that stale pizza from dominos then every do another order from Pizza Hut again.

Really, I don't even know what the 1 star would be for. The worst pizza I've ever had. Honestly, it tasted like a cheap pizza that was left out on the counter for a of couple days. I can't even believe I paid $23 for this garbage. Especially for like $2 more I could have gotten a Giuseppe's pizza, which is the best pizza ever! My husband and I ordered 2 medium thin crust pizzas with extra cheese, half pepperoni and half sausage. I couldn't even see the cheese on this pizza! It was cold when it arrived and barely any sauce on it. I will never order Pizza Hut pizza again. What a rip off.

They screwed up on our order by not putting the garlic butter on our pizza. when we called to see if the situation could be rectified they promised us a complimentary pizza on our next order. When we calped again to get that free pizza (among other things) they back petaled and told us that we had to call the Pizza Hut corporate call center and they would not honor their before mentioned promise. these guys suck.
