Amazing! Best Gluten Free place we have found! Delicious coffee drinks(try the Cyprus latte for a real treat!) Amazing baked goods and even bread crumbs, Graham cracker crumbs, croutons, and more to take home! Husband is GF, I am not but everything was delicious!

Limited selection, went in to get gluten free buns, they were out of fresh. I got some frozen flat bread. $8/ 6 cupcakes looked good but couldn't pull the trigger for $5/

Excellent service, products, and environment. Best gluten free bakery in the area, with a wide variety of breakfast and lunch foods and beverages on the menu as well as special order options for parties. Love this place!

My husband and I come in here almost every Saturday for a breakfast stop. They always have something delicious. He’s vegetarian and we are both GF. Always a tasty stop in our day. Would highly recommend. I am celiac and have never had a bad reaction which is big for me.

Happened upon this place and my kids were so excited to have gluten free treats that taste like the gluten-y ones they miss.
One of the best GF cinnamon rolls I’ve had. The cake was also awesome. Not pictured was Chicken Tortilla soup which was also excellent.
We live about 30 minutes away and my 9 year old is already making plans to come back.

I absolutely LOVE LIBERATED BAKING. No problem driving from Washington to get their goodies! Yummy sandwich, cookie was promptly devoured....m m mmm. Love you guys!

Delicious! I started going to this bakery back when they were located in Gresham. The German chocolate cake was AMAZING! There isn't a pastry or bread here that I don't like, but the cinnamon rolls are especially wonderful. I forget I'm eating gf! Excellent cookies too. Good place for a sandwich also that even non-gf folks can enjoy. Lunch is a little on the expensive side, but it is very good, especially the turkey sandwich with avocado. Friendly staff, attractive display, laid back vibe in fairly convenient location. Remember to place orders for holidays ahead of time: pie crusts, breads, dinner rolls, and more. Great place for gf folks to find truly tasty treats.
