Cava

So I ordered delivery, a salad for lunch. I ordered it using Uber and of course much more expensive at the end of the day probably around 25 bucks for literally just a salad. It was supposed to be arugula but there was almost no arugula in the dish. if it wasn’t for the avocado I added, I wouldn’t of had any lunch. I called and spoke to Jenifer the manager. She said this was because the new employees don’t know how to portion. Not sure how this is my problem. She said hopefully when you order again it’ll be better. Lousy customer service really disappointing phone call not gonna order again.

The pita was barely wrapped up and had fallen open inside the bag. Also, they had forgotten to include part of my order. When I called in, the person picking up said to go to their corporate site to ask for refund because I used Uber eats. I asked if the person can just deliver the part missing - she says “you can call your uber eats driver yourself and ask.” Not helpful or gave a single care for any of my concerns. Just like “ok are we done talking” vibe. I have eaten CAVA at other places and have not had this experience. I will never order from this location in the future.

I just picked up an order from Cava, Greenwich and had the most disappointing experience ever! Got rotten avocados that impregnated with its bitter flavor the 2 bowls I had ordered, "right rice" wasn't fresh at all - it tasted old, and the sweet potatoes were totally burnt, old and disgusting. I called to complain about it but and got a very poor customer service / helpless answer. Will never ever order from this place again!

I am so impressed with this place that I am writing a review as soon as I am out of the place. Food is good here. The peta chips are perfectly done. Great ambiance. A nice a a quiet place though not sure about the peak times. However, the place can easily accommodate clusters of 5 or more. Update as of 2021 - When I ordered pickup twice, I notice that the portion size was very small. Not sure why but hope it gets back the quality it had.
