Wendy's

Do not order food from here if you're hungry. The employees will treat you poorly for choosing Wendy's. 50% of the time it's likely they won't even take your order. Do not place mobile orders here either as it's highly likely that you won't be able to pick it up. The dining room is closed at random times. The entire restaurant is often closed around 5pm with no indication they're not taking orders. When they are open all the employees act like the customers have done something wrong for being hungry and choosing a Wendy's. The drive-thru window is covered in filth and stains. Dave Thomas would not eat here.

Right away the cashier was more interested in hanging out with one of the women working in the back. He wasn't wearing a uniform so i can't even say for sure he worked there. They didn't feel like making chocolate frosties so they gave me strawberry even though I didn't ask for that. It was disgusting. And they wouldn't refund my money.

This location is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! They don't like to work!! They close a whole hour early when the a sign outside says til 12am Not just once but several times..ine excuse was "we are short of staff and only taking uber eatz orders" Another time they just rudely said we are closed And another they just ignored us..

The absolute worst face to face customer service I have ever dealt with. Rude and irritated would be the tone that was set in this Wendy’s. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this location. Reconsider who you have running your front of house Also clean your floors for once I’ve seen the same stain of drink there 3 times I’ve come in like cmon now.

I don't have high expectations of fast food places. In general I think the employees are doing a great job with what they're given to work with. This particular Wendy's though is irredeemably terrible. I ordered online and selected drive-through pickup, and then was informed at the window that they didn't do drive-through pickup because it held up the drive-through... So I had to go all the way through the drive-through and then go inside to pick up my food. It took an hour and fifteen minutes. I don't care what stupid policies restaurant come up with but it needs to be communicated ahead of time so I can just go somewhere else and not waste everyone's time.
