I ordered two 2 for $6 Fish Filet with no tarter & 10 piece McNugget & a Quarter Pounder with no onions & another fish filet for my son & I. The fish filets & nuggets were ok but the Quarter Pounder WAS COMPLETELY RAW, extremely pink. I have pictures & my complete receipt, this location is HORRIBLE WHEN IT COMES to food preparation. This location clearly doesn’t follow the health department’s Recommended internal cooking temperature & need their cooks need to realize undercooked foods is associated with increased risk of foodborne illnesses

Perfect for fast & easy dinning. Though I don't necessarily blame the employees for getting mad at me it sucks that they can't update their systems or order menus to prevent abuse for people overloading on free sauce or other menu glitches. I don't blame the staff for it and I understand why there would be upset but again this is something that McDonald's needs to address themselves and not put workers through something like that.

Gave it 3 stars cause the milkshake I bought actually taste decent but how do I order a large milkshake and you give me a medium and when I say something you tell me that it is a large when it clearly says M for medium right on the cup. Also I bought one from the same place two days ago and I got a large that time but dude did not want to hear that. Don't have time to argue just won't be back to this one that's for sure.

Just stopped here to use the restroom and get a quick bite. 2 females left the bathroom only washing their hands with water because there was no soap, my son said there was also no soap in the men's room, as I walked to the counter, i witnessed both employees back to work and neither went to a hand washing station. Im standing near the counter, the smell in their so bad, it made me sick to my stomach - likely from mildew in their mops. Disgusting store! Would never stop there ever again!

I come just about every morning unfortunately its the only restaurant on my route to work that is open. I usually order the same thing a Oatmeal, a Carmel Frappeii and a Bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Its one manager that for some reason just cant make the oatmeal. I try not to complain but it is super watery and beyond eating. So when she hands me the oatmeal I politely hand it back and ask her to just give me the oatmeal with the hot water. That way I can make it to my liking this happened on 4/28/22 so on 4/29/22 I see shes working so I ask her to do the same. She hands me the bag and this is absolutely my fault because I shouldve looked in the bag before pulling off but there is no oatmeal. I have the bowl the oatmeal comes in, I have the apples, the cranberries and raisins even the hot water but no oatmeal. As a manager Im expecting more from her is there anyway we can get some better training at this restaurant? Lastly can I get a refund for the oatmeal that I never received? I did attempt to call but was unable to get in touch with anyone.

It is McDonalds so expectations are already not great. I tried to order a caramel mocha in the drive thru and was told it was not a item on the menu. So I went into the app and ordered it separately and had to park and pick it up inside. It could have been that the employee didn't know this was a menu item, or something else, but the fact that I was able to get one after going inside was frustrating.
