Terrible Terrible Terrible Was at this location around 6:30pm We ordered Stromboli and it was burnt and hard as a rock. Cheese steak was horrible it had unmelted cheese on the top and was greasy. I've never had this experience before The worker's attitude was unacceptable at a place that I want to eat at like they didn't care. We asked for manager which took his time coming out and instead of coming to table he talked from behind the counter and we were at the table at tv and window before the door to go out. We sent 31.00 for sorry food and horrible customer service. Will not be back, and will spread the word about this to family and friends.

Me & my family have always liked this place, but this past Friday I ordered a ham salad. Only ate half because it was so big. After about 30 mins my stomach was aching so bad!! Took the rest of the afternoon to feel better again!! I would assume your workers dont wash their hands or the actual salad idk but never eating there again!!

We placed an order over the phone and went to pick it up, When we arrived no one had told us that we had to have a mask just to pick up an order. So we asked if it could be brought outside just to our car. They still said no. This information was not disclosed over the phone when the order was placed. They were very ugly and rude. Many people were sitting in the restaurant with no masks but we were told that in order to pick up an order that we had to have one. The community is back to full operation, and yet they couldn't disclose to wear a mask just to pick up an order. That 45 order was not received and they threw away food that could have been eaten and not wasted. This location is one of the worst places I have been to yet.

Have ordered from here many times. Tonight was the last time. Period. Ordered a pizza and wings. Showed up, pizza was done. 45 minutes later and a very cold pizza, the wings were STILL not done. I told cashier to just refund the wings and give me the pizza. Manager was called over and he literally told me that I ordered and paid online through Slice (their 3rd party company) that it wasn't his problem.. he told me I needed to call the company. When I refused and said that's your vendor he says "you call and complain and they'll give you money back" and then literally walked away and never returned. They do plenty of biz So I doubt they'll miss me. I certainly won't miss their service as I eat an over priced cold pizza.
