Subway

There is one gentleman that works there who is friendly and does a good job. The other lady managed to put mayo on my sandwich even though I did not ask for it (was not a pleasant surprise when I went to eat it and realized). I hate to demote them a whole star for mayo but... the whole concept of the chain is you tell them what to put on your sandwich and they do that. So it seems like a crazy thing to just decide to put an ingredient on there. I don't think she was paying attention. Plus I had to wait about 10 minutes for service because she was the only one working. The food is okay, like any other subway. Closes early (around 6pm).

I am mad that I even have to give them 1 star. This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been to. There were 2 employees working, while my co-worker were the only people in the restaurant it took 20 min to have 4 subs made. They had no Siracha sauce and no cheesy garlic bread but it was advertised all over the store and outside. I was told they don't carry either one. Ok, no big deal. As I was standing at the register to let someone know that 2 orders were together, the female employee threw 7 pans of bread away( I heard her tell the other employee) She was absolutely rude, they were interrupting our orders by gossiping. Very unprofessional! Our food sucked, i will not be returning!

3/4 12:20 Was when I went to the Subway. There was a girl there working in the sandwich add on area. She sneezed twice and did not wash her hands or change her gloves. I politely asked her to wash her hands and she rolled her eyes at me. Very rude and unsanitary. You need to train your employees better on food handling procedures and customer service. There are plenty of places to eat downtown so I will not be coming back to this location again.

01-05-18... This place is USUALLY fast and friendly.... however, We have never been treated more rudely, at any restaurant, than we were here today. The young girl behind the counter was so rude and did everything but yell at us. She was loudly arguing with other employees and treating customers like dirt. She literally threw our sandwiches together. I wont spend my money to be treated like this. If she is working here next time I come in, I will leave and go elsewhere.

I really used to like this place, but there are some really rude people working there now, it's the same three, the 2 girls and 1 guy that are in there between 2-5. I though it might've been just a bad day for them but this has been going on for weeks now. Every time I go in I'm hoping it's not them working and that it's someone else. They messed up my order and got mad and started throwing my sandwich together when I asked for another one. Management needs to do something about them. I work downtown and hear the same complaints from my colleagues.

Don't go to this location! Do yourself a favor and go to another location. I have tried this one twice and each time it is a fiasco with their inventory being out of sauces and certain breads. When you signature advertised sandwhich is a Steak and cheese wrap with siracha sauce, how are you going to tell me you have no siracha then just up and use chipotle sauce turning my sandwhich into a soup with how much they used.

The food was great, but the staff was very unattentive and rude. The girl behind the counter barely even looked me and I wasn't sure if she was ready to take my order until she pointed at me and said "What meat you want?" I felt a bit unwelcome, almost as if I was annoying the staff by choosing to spend my money there.

We went there during the fun forth fest. When we ordered the subs, the maker said we could get a kids meal on flatbread. When the sandwiches were made, they waited until we were about to pay for the stuff to tell us we can't get a kids meal on flatbread. When the shift manager came, she said the same. We didn't want to waste the bread, we asked if they would just ring it up as white. She told us she couldn't make that decision. So a flatbread went to waste, ridiculous. The sandwich artist had apologized, saying he didn't know because they did it on flatbread where he worked. Love this guy, hate everyone else.
