Mcdonald's

So a few days ago I had ordered a number 5 and i asked my food to be fresh, when i mean fresh i want it fresh out the grease. Well on this particular day my food was not fresh, all they did was just put the nuggets that we’re probably sitting for hours and dropped them back in the grease. When I got my food the nuggets was so extra hard and crispy that I did not finish them. I will be contacting the GM and having this discussion because this is unacceptable

There was a sign at the register saying that you could order there. Nope. You have to use the kiosk. I heard an employee be very dismissive and rude to a customer. When the customer said something, the employee said "Oh. You thought I was talking to you?". There was no one else around. The nuggets were dry and seemed to have been in the heating rack all day. There was one female employee who genuinely smiled and seemed kind and invested in her job. She is the reason I rated above one star.

Oh my this place needs help. Sllooooowwww service, inside was full of flies. With that I STILL gave them a chance. Since I'm coming from out of town and no other place to eat was open. I ordered a combo and got to the car to open my bag and no fries at all. I just had it after that. I just got a refund

Rude lady kept asking whatelse in that I dont feel like doing my job tone after every item ordered... and I barely ordered anything... nor was it a complicated order.... then the lady at the window couldnt comprehend I needed ketchup. Asked for ketchup when she asked anything else after paying... waited... no ketchup...she keeps looking at me like you going to pull off... wave at her... she opens the window... ask for ketchup again but this time I also asked for a ranch for the nuggets I now realize they forgot... comes back with ranch no ketchup.... ask again for ketchup... she gets an attitude... finally get some damn ketchup and leave.... not going back to that CrackDonalds!
