Panera Bread

I know things are still tough. But this Panera was the worst. Drink machine was out of order but they charge $2.39, don’t tell you and you can get tea or lemonade. Out of soups but let people order, wait for them to say they were out. It’s not extremely busy and they seem fully staffed. How ever no one seems to be cleaning up anything. Dishes piled up, tables dirty, poking around there is not 1 table without crumbs on it, employees walking around doing a lot of nothing but chatting with other workers. Sad state of affairs here today. The food itself was worth the one star ⭐️ though.

Worst Panera Bread and a horrible experience. The front clerk completely ignored my presence and when I went to a different register going for some kind of acknowledgment and to place my order I look and she’s taking another person who has just walked in and then when I returned to that counter I had to speak up to prevent being ignored again and my bagel was not toasted I was charged for that and the bagel. Also the bagel was badly made not correct cinnamon on top. Bad experience

Filthy!!! We came in for breakfast and there was dishes and garbage all over from the night before! Inside none of the tables were wiped off the only word I can think of is filthy. Now for the rest of the story. No raw sugar or splenda, the cream was empty, I think the coffee was from the day before ( we were there between 8:00 and 9:00) the person taking orders did not give us our rewards!! My strawberry oatmeal had one and a half strawberries on it the eggs were over done! If you near Panera on Wendover in Greensboro RUN

Waited for my curbside pickup order for almost an hour. I get a text explaining my food is ready and a worker should be outside shortly. Waited even longer until I walked inside to find my pizza box sitting at a counter and by the feel of the temperature, it was sitting there for a good 10 minutes or more. This is ridiculous and I rarely write reviews but this really got to me. If you offer curbside pickup, please let the person know if you are going to be out or not. I am very disappointed in this service.

Very poor service, walked in they told me to walk around to be served they were busy chatty amongst themselves instead of serving customers and then serve the next people that walked in the same door. Charged for two large coffees but they only had medium coffee cups. We canceled the whole order I will vote with my dollars. I don’t know the reason for this but that is really insulting customer service. 10/3 12:15 pm

I went there two days ago on June 15th. I had a pick up order for a lemonade I placed online. When I went inside, there was a white girl and a black girl at the counter. White girl was nice. But when I got the cup from the white girl and walked towards the lemonade jar, I heard the afro girl saying 'that guy is a son of a w***re'. I wanted to break her jaw. But controlled it in a stare. Panera all over have these cultureless high school / college girls working who come from disgusting places. I am not going back to this place.
