Firehouse Subs

Went in to donate water to get a medium sub, sign posted right there when you walk in, however was told the owner decided not to participate. The employees didn't seem to care and weren't friendly at all. So left and went to the other Firehouse on Gate City Blvd where they were participating in the donations as advertised. Won't come back to this location again, they should participate in something they had advertised.

Go to a different firehouse. This one is always out of steak. I've tried to order a steak and cheese from this place multiple times and they're always out of steak. Also they never answer the phone if you try to call ahead, this is because they sit in their car if there are no orders. Youll walk in to an empty restaurant and they get out of their car and come in a minute later. If you want to order you've gotta put it in online or walk in and order. And if you put it in online they will call you and tell you they're out of something and they can't refund it unless you waste your time driving up there.

I ordered a Spicy Cajun Chicken and it was wonderful. The dining area was clean, the person who took my order acted like she enjoys her job, and they asked if I wanted to round up my payment to help a worthy cause. Another thing that contributed to my 5 star rating is that they have Coke Freestyle drinks, giving me a low calorie drink (light lemonade) without it being a "diet" drink. I definitely recommend this particular Firehouse restaurant!

How bad can you mess up an order? Paid for double meat, got half. Charged for “extra banana peppers” not a single one on the sandwhich. Didn’t ask for tomato’s, plenty was put on. Just a little lettuce was asked, but was completely covered. Bread was soggy, no cheese. Employees clearly don’t want to be there and are rude. Firehouse used to be worth the extra pay.
