Wendy's

I had to ask staff to wipe off counter that had mud hay and other health safety hazards and had to tell staff that they shouldnt be serving or placing anything on their counter. The cashier said, "I will do that" and proceeded to prepare food orders for guests without addressing sanitary issue promptly. The manager appeared about 2 min later to wipe the counter with only a disposable wipe no sanitizer and no apology for condition of establishment. Condiment counter was discheveled and also contaminated with debree. I was then receiving order but instead of giving the paying adult for a to-go order, the beverages for kids meals, the children were given the beverages and began fighting due to this undermining. When I had taken drinks back to defuse the situation of young children I asked the cashier for a bag for beverages; again he acknowledged the request and failed to fullfill upon request. I stood another 5 minutes after the 5 having already been there, holding my childrens beverages until 3 children meals were ready. Then again the cashier undermined me as a parent and proceded to hand out bags to kids again causing an issue needing resolution. Upon my exit with 3 young children ages 5,7 and 8 the cashier concured with a guest comment of my being a "B****". All I feel I did with over 15 years of food sevice was attempt to protect the health of consumers and assist in the betterment of Wendy's business practices. Absolutely rude, unprofessional management and staff; unclean atmosphere and food was cold too! Far from recommendation. Photo: cheese not melted( danger zone) fries floppy(sign of age).

It's amazing; the crew are well-trained, as well. I have had (3) late-night meals. Each were correct, fresh (just for me, I would hope), bagged correctly. And, the easy flow the order-taker-lady and window person had was flawless-- with a manager within sight! I've managed (5) locations in a franchise of Wendys, in the Carolinas. Yet, these meals were no-corner-cutting quality Dave meals. Thank you.
