Subway

My family ordered from this subway tonight. We had to find one that was still open and my husband had to drive a pretty far distance. We double checked that it would be open when he got there. We ordered online and paid with a card. When my husband got there they were closed. I called and they said, "yes we are closed but we have your order". So I made him turn around because we already paid and its already late and we need food. When he gets back half the food wasn't even made, and because we ordered online they wouldn't even give us our money back. They weren't even apologetic. At least give us our money back for the food we never received.

I’m assuming this woman was the owner(a middle eastern woman). She was very forceful and I wasn’t pleased with how she talked to her staff. She almost “caught it For free” with me but luckily the young lady had already assisted me with my order. Stopped in on my rest break; the place wasn’t busy but fully staffed. The young ladies that assisted me were very pleasant and helpful. Owner spoke to the young lady that was fixing my sandwich as if she was her pet. Ma’am, PLEASE learn how to communicate with your staff and customers. If she would’ve been that way towards me, I would’ve let them make that sandwich and round up everything under the sun thinking I was gonna buy and walked right on up out that door leaving everything there. Complete sandwich and all. Just too aggressive with your tone and body language ma’am.

Had an issue with a purchase. Trying to not make a scene by bringing back sandwich with a line full of customers ordering, I decided to call the following morning. Having no expectations at all just making them aware of situation. After calling and asking to speak to someone in charge, I spoke to a woman who offered to replace sandwich. I came in and ordered, let cashier know who I was and she failed to notify management who was there and embarrassed me to no end. I , who am a trucker, had no intentions of keeping a tainted sandwich in my truck or refrigerator for any amount of time and decided to except the loss but what I dealt with in front of a busy lunch crowd after being offered a replacement made me never want to return to this location again.

This place used to be great. The last four or fives times I have been here my sandwich had been made wrong. When it is made wrong instead of making a new one or taking off the wrong ingredient they cover it up with the right stuff. For example I asked for chipotle southwest sauce and they put Mayo and just covered it with a little chipotle southwest to hide it. Never going here again. It’s just gone downhill.
