Hardee's

Went through the drive thru gave my order. Cashier was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Had company and they wanted Hardee's for supper. Ordered 2 plain hamburgers 2 mushroom and swiss 1 breaded chicken sandwich, 3 piece chicken tenders and 4 blueberry and lemon cream turnovers. Got to window and had a 3 minute wait for the turnovers. It did not seem like 3 minutes but we got our order. We were talking and forgot to check the order. Got home and the chicken tenders were not in the bag. Called the store and they remembered me and my order. The cashier was so gracious and upgraded the order. I would recommend this store to anyone. It is the store on Highway 40 in Greenfield Indiana.

We arrived at this Hardees at 1:40 pm ordered our food and pulled up to pay. The car in front of us had a family so we knew it would take a few minutes. At 1:50 pm we pulled away without food. The car in front of us got part of their food from Server 1 and was waiting on the balance of their food. Server 2 came to the window and asked if we had were the ones that ordered chicked strips then preceded to yell at Server 1 "I dont know what you did, where is there order?" While the people in front of us were still waiting patiently. While these two continued to argue. Needless to say we drove away and went to Culvers across the street, ordered our food, paid for it and they asked us to pull forward. The car in front of us (the white SUV) was still waiting for food as we drove away. We are travelers and frequently visit fast food when we are on the road. We will never stop at this Hardees again.

This place is a joke, they only stay open until 2, I tired going in there today and they have some young kid working that doesn’t know how to run the credit card machine, I was told I had to pay cash because the kid couldn’t figure out how to run a card, Hardee’s could do so much better than the idiots they have running this place!!
