If I could give them 0 stars I would, first and issue at the drive thru 15 cars , once I get to the window I try getting the 8 piece guy at window said 27$ plus the tax when there is a picture saying 2 for $ 5.99 I went inside a told the manager not only was she supossed to honor what they advertised, buy the machine went down waiting 30 minutes to be able to ordered. End up leaving what a disgrace of a place and customer service completely 0 at all. Need to change everyone that works it hasn't been the only time.

Saturday, March 35, 2022, I was craving chicken tenders. I went through the drive through on Lake Worth road and placed my order. I rounded in my head that it should come to about $13. I drove to the window and the cashier asked for $21.29. I gave him 21.29 in cash. I knew something was wrong and asked for a receipt. He did not even look at the printer, he just told me the printer was not working. I told him I was not leaving until I got a receipt. At that moment a coworker handed me a perfectly printed receipt. The amount I was to pay was $12.29, NOT $21.29! I did not have my reading glasses with me. I could only see $15.29 which is what the thief typed in that he received from me and that he gave me $3.00 back. He did not give me any cash back until I demanded $5. I drove home and put on my reading glasses and saw that he over charged me by $8.00. I called the store and asked for the manager. The guy that answered the phone claimed to be the store manager, and after I told him what happened, he only mumbled, "...but was the food good?" I did the KFC survey, but no one has contacted me. Please see receipt I attached. I don't believe that I am the only one they have did this to.

Absolutely disgusting. Worst experience and not the first time at this location. Me and my 2 year old had to throw it away and have hot dogs, fries were refried biscuits like a hockey puck. My order was wrong completely. Sad cause it's a family favorite. Definitely will detour from Kfc and maybe go over to the buds across the street. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Ordered an 8 piece meal for my family with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. Got home, no gravy and got cole slaw instead of mac n cheese. The receipt is correct. Said mashed potatoes W/GRAVY. Called several times and nobody answered. I understand that they're busy but it doesn't take much longer to make sure the order is correct. Every other time we go there they manage to mess something up. Should have gone to zaxby's instead.
