Taco Bell

I am very satisfied with the service I have received from this location. They've only missed things a couple times, and when I went the other night to get something they forgot, they were super kind and even threw in some extra twists, which I thought was above and beyond. There is also a lady and a gentleman employee who is there frequently in the evening that are always super nice and full of energy. Thank you for the great service!

I have been coming here for years, and until recently, the food has been fine. Within the last 2 months or so, the staff have apparently stopped following the formulas for how to put the food together. Couple times have had nacho cheese cups (typically filled nearly full) that were less than 1/4 full. And since the dining area isn't open, I have to sit in the drive thru AGAIN to get a new one. Today, I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and opened it to find almost NO meat. So I find myself back in the drive thru, they get me a new one, and it's the SAME! So I combined the meat from both into one, and finally had a normal amount. These cost $3.49, much more than a normal taco, and are generally filled quite full. Seems like someone is trying to save some money by giving customers less. No one answers the phone, and apparently there aren't any managers around to talk to. Unfortunately will have to start driving a little farther to go to a different, and better run, Taco Bell.

So I ordered 4 beefy 5 layers (no sour cream), 4 Doritos locos tacos (no lettuce)... Those were pretty much right, minus the serious lack of meat on the tacos and some random lettuce here and there, but that looks like a running gag at this place. However...I ordered 2 bean burritos (no onions, extra cheese, add steak). And we somehow got bean burritos, one had sour cream, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and indeed steak. The other was basically the same but had beef too for some reason. So really, the competence at this place is not there, everything was cold and my freezer was melted when I got it, and I live 2 min away so I can't blame the delivery driver. Only got 2 instead of 1 star because I did get my food early.

Omg im literally laughing at how much of a joke this place has become. Our order was insanely bad. They burnt our grilled cheese burritos and they were insanely tiny. They had burnt lettuce attached the them as well. They forgot meat in our beef tacos. We asked for hot and fire sauce and got only mild. We actually didn't get one edible thing in our order. Ive noticed this place has started to go downhill as time goes on. Today though we actually tried calling, and no one answered. Save your money and go somewhere else.
