Wendy's

Had the WORST customer service EVER! First I was told the wrong total, and then came back to window to tell me I was wrong I needed to pay the $24.00 for my order nicely explained to the kid I only got 1 combo meal. Looked at me funny left came back told me the correct amount gave him my money. Not even one thank you, or an apology. He got really frustrated after he gave me my food but no straw. Still no thank you or no apology. Seriously!

Food is fresh and employees are courteous. Order is usually correct... The couple of times there was a mistake they were quick to admit and apologize for the error as well as makes it right. They only lose a star because the parking lot and drive through sucks. It's like a trap... The line is always super long out into traffic without fail... The cars in the drive through block the cars in the parking spaces. It really is a logistical nightmare. My advice is order online for carryout and park on the street just due north... Because it's also illegal to turn left out of the parking lot.

My family and I walked in around 2:50pm on 04/02/22. The girl working the register completely ignored us while she put together a GrubHub order for some guy who she was being really to rude to as well. Two other workers walked up to the cash register to print receipts or something, looked up at us and walked away without saying anything. We left after waiting 5 minutes and not being acknowledged. Clearly this place has people working here who know they can be rude to customers and still collect a paycheck.

On the 15, I order a double hamburger meal and a small chili. I got charged 13.03. When I got home, it was only a single hamburger meal. I called Wendy's and ask for manager Lady said, you can talk to me. I told her I only got a single meal. She say , that's right. You only got charged for a single. I say ,no a double cost 7.99 and a small chili cost 2 something. She didn't know what to say. She said a single cost 7.99. She was so so slow taking orders from drive up. The line was so so long. Alot of people were leaving. You would get to the speaker and she would have you wait another 15 minutes. Please train your employees to learn people skills, she messed up big time on my order also. I like Wendy's, but I will now think twice about going there. It was Wendy's on 8th Ave. She was not the manager, she was probably the same girl that messed up my order. and n small chili on
