Burger King

The lady taking my order was on her cell phone talking to someone while taking my order. I let that go because it’s crazy times and sometimes personal matters come up. Well she was still talking on her phone when I went up to grab my food and I saw her get my fires ready, while on the phone (I don’t know if she cleaned her phone before hand) and WITHOUT GLOVES. Did not eat my fries since she had touched them without gloves and she had her phone in her hands right before. Not okay with this virus going around. Even if you don’t believe in the virus, you should always have gloves if you are touching someone’s food.

Awful ! I understand it’s in a Walmart but come on. I have been here 3 times and every time my order is wrong. They do not have enough employees first of all. The lady that took my order forgot to give me my drink so I patiently waited then asked for it she looked and me then the receipt and told me you didn’t get a drink them I pointed on the receipt saying “ it’s right there , yes I did” then she messed up my order for the 3rd time. In the course of my boyfriend and I sitting there for about 20-25 mins , 9 people ! Again 9 people had to go back because of messed up orders. Save the headache and do not go here!

Since it opened, this particular BK has definitely had it's issues. I've personally seen everything from an employee and a manager nearly slugging it out physically, to a manager whom took my breakfast order and afterwards I wasn't sure she was capable of even tying her own shoelaces. There have also been several employees that though they appeared to not be doing much, ie we were literally the only customers present, you would have sworn we were asking them to "go the extra mile" by actually doing what they were bring paid to do. However, the last several stops I have to say have been much, much better. Service has been prompt, friendly, and precise. Glad to see management must have changedor finally got their act together, as thr service has finslly been up to par and even above such. Refreshing to see.
