I've been going to Santiagos for a while. Showed up at 730 and was basically told that we couldn't dine in because we only had 20 minutes. So I ordered to go. I ordered a deep fried burrito and it was so burnt that I couldn't even eat it. Also ordered Chilli fries and they were burnt as well. They hardly had any cheese or Chilli. Very disappointed. This place is going downhill. Plus all the staff was in a very bad mood to top it off. Don't waste your money!!!

I ordered 2 cheese and onion enchiladas and a chicken soft taco. I have been a fan of Santiagos for years and frequently would go to the one in Loveland. The past few times I have been quite dissatisfied with my order in the Greeley location. As you can see in the picture, I basically got a tortilla with onions and red sauce. My soft chicken taco only had a tortilla and meat. No cheese, lettuce or tomato as advertised. Very disappointing!

Santiago's came highly recommended to me by more than a few friends and I was not disappointed.
Their chicken and rice burritos along with their beef and bean burritos where to die for.

I’ve never been a big fan of this restaurant in general but I decided to give it some chances the last year or so. It is just getting worse every time. Teenage kids can’t hear correctly and have no customer service skills. How do you mess up a bean and cheese burrito? And churros? Ordered churros and they had cinnamon thrown on them but no sugar. I’m not even a picky eater.

Ordered a burrito deep fried and got a super burnt burrito. Was not even able to eat it. Chilli fries were burnt too and hardly had any cheese or green chilli. So disappointing. Will not be going there again.

Food is good about 7/10 times I visit. If you are in a rush don’t even try going through the drive thru you’ll be there for a while.
