Old Chicago

We ordered the Italian Nachos, jalapeno bites, and pepperoni rolls from Grubhub. Our driver was on time and was fine. Our food was a joke! The nacho chips were burnt, there was hardly any cheese and no peppers or pepperoni at all. When we were eating what we could, we found a bunch of red thread on a chip. The jalepeno pretzel bites didnt have enough jalepeno to taste and the cheese was watered down. The only decent thing we got was the pepperoni rolls. But by the time we found the red thread we were so grossed out and couldnt eat it.

Ordered a mix and match six pack with my pick up order earlier tonight. The current beer I'm on expired 9.23.2021. Come on man! My last can is dated June 2021, proof below. This is complete garbage! I want a refund! $13.99 plus tax on mix and match expired beers. Thanks a lot! I felt just okay about the food, but I will not be back!

This was our first time ordering through Google take out for Old Chicago. The process felt very easy and quick. There was also a way to track where it was in the fulfillment process. I liked that part. Then, we got there to curbside pick up and waited almost 20 minutes. Big bummer. My favorite item is the salad because it has almonds but there were very few in mine. We also tried the Cauliflower pizza which was good. Pretzel bites and pepperoni pizza. The food was okay but was cold by the time we got home. We will not be partaking in the Google online order again for Old Chicago.

I’ve eaten at an Old Chicago in Illinois and was working in the Greeley, Colorado area so I stopped by for a couple of drinks and some pizza. I had the meat me with the cauliflower crust and the fried zucchini, everything was great but I don’t know if the zucchini was frozen bought or fresh, if it was fresh they need to cut the zucchini just a bit thicker so they don’t fall apart so quickly other than that everything was great. Our food took forever. They brought the kid's meals first, spaghetti was barely warm, and Mac and cheese was just warm. My dinner was refunded because the bread was hard and burnt. Kid's were about done eating when the adults received their meals. People seated and ordered after we did were getting their meals before we did, we were seated at a table for 4, but we had 3 adults and 2 children, was not enough room for 5 meals. Witnessed a table being cleaned and the table was wiped once, the booth seat was not wiped.
