Wendy's

Got all kinds of attitude manager because I used more than 1 coupon. I've been using several coupons at the same time at this location for almost a year and a couple of days ago I was forced to buy something else to use a second coupon. I've worked in restaurants and I still have friends who do. I know that's not how it works and was just trying to get me to not use the coupons.

Tonight an employee made my day after work so much better! I did not get his name but he did take time to inform me of a 4min wait time for my fresh spicy nuggets per request! He exceeded my expectations as far as customer service and expectations. He was wearing a gray ish wendys hoodie/sweater and worked at the window at approximately 5:45pm. Thank you so much for your expended service! You deserve a raise! :)

I made a mobile order about a week prior, and accidentally sent it to the wrong location. Yesterday, which would have been a week after the order was placed, I came to this location to see if the order was still there. The mistake was my own, but to try to correct it was taking more than 25 minutes waiting on the phone with customer service for the Wendy's app. I brought this whole scenario to the attention of Donna and then Jayson. They remade the order and on top of that gave me a free strawberry frosty, which was heaven on a hot day! I've had some not so gracious encounters when it comes to customer service. This one was above and beyond and made my day so I wanted to share my experience. The discrepancy was with the app and that's where I was frustrated. I felt like I was transferred to another hold melody. It was the store that picked up the slack and showed they just want to feed the customer.
