Subway

I ordered my sandwich just now (1/13/2021 & 8:01 pm cst). This poor fella was in the shop making sandwiches by himself. It got busier and busier. There was an older lady with short blonde hair standing outside. Idk how long she was out there. But i was inside for 10 mins (7:55). I had a lady before me and an online order. I officially pulled off at 8:06 pm to show that she was on break for at least 15. I don’t know if it was her lunch or 15. She was on the phone smoking a cigarette. But he was inside all alone. I feel bad. He should get at min $1 raise and :30 mins pay added onto his next check for covering two people.

The label on the side of my plate is what I pulled out of my mouth after chewing it for awhile. I work near by and my manager went to go get us a sub for our lunch. Half way through my sub I started chewing on something that didn't feel right. When I pulled it out of my mouth I noticed that it was their labeling tape. I'm not sure how the labeling tape with black ink got mixed in with the meat but it was truly disgusting. To the point that I could not eating anything. I would not go here again nor recommend anyone to go here. My concern is the leak of attention the employees/managers put in this store or in the food they are serving. A kid could have definitely chock on that.

The gentleman who served me in my husband was the best service I ever had at that location highly recommend anyone to go there I had bad experience in other Savoy's especially when you don't have mature people working at Subways and they are so greedy the way they make your food they do not feel like working they might as well stay home highly appreciate that young man was very helpful and nice and polite thank you

The sign on the window clearly states that there are 5 different meals included in the $4.99 bigger meal deal. The latino woman working here says it's only the cold cut trio and that is not accurate. Please train her so that she knows the facts and can answer questions without so much confusion and without giving false information. It's terrible!! I'm going to a different location. I will not stop here again.

Went I today around 3:30 pm, the guy was on the phone, he turned around and saw me, and never acknowledged that I was in the restaurant. He continued on the phone as if I didn't exist. I will not ever patronize this establishment again. I will inform everyone I know to not patronize 🤬this establishment. Just out right rude!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
