Dunkin'

Got donuts here before and they were pretty amazing but I just came in to get 100 donut holes for my long weekend and was told that they are only doing mobile pick up orders and drive through and pointed to a sign on the window (see picture.) They had almost a full shelf of every kind of donut and hole available that I was looking forward to picking out in person as a splurge treat. I'm sorry, but if they're just doing mobile and drive through (which is currently wrapped around the entire strip mall building) then I'll take my business elsewhere. Doubly true if they have the lobby open and are letting people in for mobile orders then why the restriction on just placing an order?

I wasn’t Guna leave a review but after reading some of the others I decided to. No issues with customer service or anything the gentleman who took my order in the drive through was actually very nice but I got a 25 munchkin and didn’t want any jelly or cream filled and what I got was only chocolate and glazed. :/ I was disappointed where’s the blue berry or powdered donuts? It was only 7am you opened at 6 there wasn’t any one else in line I don’t understand how there was only 2 flavors available…

bad experience again. After the first time, I gave grace and wanted to come back again to see if anything would change and nope! They messed up my order and forgot items that we reminded them about but the drive through worker was too busy trying to make other orders. I understand being busy because of rush hour but you have to focus on the customer right in front of you in order to keep the line moving. The hasbrowns have been near inedible every time I’ve got them. They were cold and soggy. I got the bagel bites and they were still frozen even after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru line after ordering. Do not come here.

I had a good experience at this dunkin, despite the busyness it was great. I have been in fast food before and i know how overwhelming being understaffed may be, none of the customers who give bad reviews take this into consideration. They try their best while only getting paid minimum wage. I personally think people have no right to judge these workers when they’re the ones who probably constantly go and complain everytime. They wonder why people have bad attitudes. Alec had great customer service and was very polite, overall i have nothing bad to say besides the fact that of course there is only bad reviews, no one thinks to leave one when they have a good experience.

I’ve been coming here everyday for along time. The last year it has become the worst Dunkin Donuts! They cannot keep anyone employed. The coffee is old and made wrong. They don’t even know how to make snackin bacon so they just give you some regular bacon. The inside is always closed, in-line ordering shut down and the drive thru line half hour long!

Horrible. The dark haired girl (one of 3) was busy doing some kind of prep work, had her back towards me, and didn't bother turning around until I finally said something. I had to repeat myself 3 times with every request, she obviously had better things to do and other places to be, I question why she even works there? I said thank you and she just turned around and got back to what ever mundane chore she was ensconced in. Now, for the donuts. They tasted like the fry oil hasn't been changed in weeks. I still have the rancid taste in my mouth. And it was dry and stale. I was there at 6:50 AM you would have thought it would have been soft and fresh, I am sure it was, YESTERDAY. If you're going to pawn off the day old's on me, at least give me the day old price. Never going back, and going to tell all my friends about this experience. Judging by no response from Dunkin on any of the other bad reviews, they obviously don't care!!
