Me and my daughter went in the drive thru and the employee was not very friendly, and when we ordered the price seemed higher than usual. We always get the same thing. Normally I would have questioned how it was rang up, but we didn’t have time. When getting out drink, it was not even full, also my lid was cracked and not mixed well. It wasn’t even the color it should be. Not sure why the ice was chopped up the way it was, but it wasn’t the normal ice either. Will not be back to this location.

A line of cars and Starbucks is closed with no sign saying they are closed. People are having to wait until they realize no one is coming. The lights are on inside the building. A lot of angry customers leaving.

Oven was turned off at 7:30 pm and they refused to warm my pastry. I feel this is very inconsiderate to the people they serve. Very disappointed. Closing time was 8pm

This is a message for the employees here, if a customer asks for soy milk its not hard to do... If you dont have any just say so. The fact that i had to drive 4hrs sick to my stomach because of your negligence is absurd.

Horrible customer service! Was rude when I asked about what was in a drink. Waited 5 minutes at the window before I was acknowledged about my drink. The white girl at the window asked was I paying with a coupon, I said it was a gift card on my phone. This site needs diversity training . She also gave me a drink with Carmel dripping down the side. It didn’t even taste good. I will NEVER return. The only reason I came was because I received a Mother’s Day gift card.

We just had a chai latte and frappaccino witg chocolate croissant. It took them 25 mins to get my order readySo long is the wait. I underestand they have a busy morning time but wished they had a better time management. The staff was courtious and nice. Over all good place. Nice sitting area inside and outside. The parking space and entry and exit to the store is very small.
