Absolutely terrible! I have never had chicken from KFC or anywhere that looked this bad. It was burnt, bitter tasting, very greasy in what seemed to be very old used oil that left brown residue on my plate. It wasn't even crispy and the meat seemed to be missing or just odd looking chunks. I hope we don't get sick from this :(. Don't think we'll go to this branch ever, very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Whew... If the people would stay quiet long enough to actually listen to the order in the drive thru, it wouldn't get all screwed up at the window. Only sides ever available are mashed taters....then they gave me chicken little buns bc they were out of biscuits.....after I already paid and was at the window. This place needs a whole new crew.

They need to change there grease chicken was to dark and over cooked. I could have ate some baby powder that would have been more moist than this chicken. Biscuits were hard and dry my dog was using them as chew toys he didn’t even finish. The Mac and cheese tasted like it was cooked in plastic bags that was used for the chicken. Mashed potatoes tasted like they added water to dry wall stirred it and served it up. Only thing good was the gravy and can’t eat that by itself. Will never eat here again.

Great food, excellent service and a wonderful, welcoming staff. The tables and floors were clean. My only real concern is the manager came to the register from the kitchen without washing her hands. Took my order and then used tongs to get my food and returned to the kitchen all without washing her hands. I paid with a card. She then took another order. That customer paid with cash. She took the money and got her food without washing her hands. Money carries more germs than any other tangible object people readily handle. I worked in the food industry for 15 years. In the kitchen she could have touched surfaces that had raw chicken and touching serving utensils after having handled currency is bad practice as it can contaminate the food the utensils are contacting. Gloves are usually required, but handwashing is always required especially after touching money or raw meats. No one should be fired for this. It needs to be a learning experience. Everyone makes mistakes, but as long as they learn not to make them again.

I went there today at around 11am and I placed my order the staff was ok on the speaker not real nice tho, they didn’t give me the total for my order at the intercom but had me pull up to the window upon coming to the window it was like 3 people gathered up at the window and a loud woman yelling out we got a Change shortage do u have your exact change and she was extremely loud! After that the dollar amount was really high it was 11.29 to be exact for a 6 price wing large fry and Dr Pepper so after all that I get my food and the fries tasted old and weren’t good at all and like they didn’t care and gave me yesterday fried or the grease was old and they cooked it in there and being I worked in fast good for years I know grease is suppose to be switched out. And the wings weren’t that great either however the soda was fine, with this being said I won’t be coming back to this location and I won’t be recommending it to anyone else to either was very dissatisfied!
