Subway

My experience on this day was Awesome. This young lady prepared my family subs with Love. Most days at that store. Staff outside smoking .Waiting for assistance way to long. Then here it comes. We dont have this or that .Bread dark supplies low staff Doesn't care. Having groups of friends hanging around and talking. No work is getting done and they complain. Way to much time wasted. Knowing you are low on toppings for subs. Some staff will say that they was out of an item. Come back 30 minutes later and wow back on the line. Who ever the young lady on my last visit was is whats needed in your entire staff. She didn't seem to not want to be there. This store can do alot better with the right people working.

I would give it 5 Stars if it wasn't for how crowded it was being in a gas station. The workers there have always been overly friendly and get to know you if you come in regularly. I've never had a sanitation issue and they have always been cleaning and trying to keep away any flies that get into the store. Unfortunately this is North Carolina and we kind of are used to fly showing up yes we all know it's annoying but they do their best to keep them as far away from the food as they can. As far as I've ever seen the food the surfaces and the people are always extremely sanitary and do their best they are very friendly and very accurate with what you want

I'm not exactly the person to leave a review about a good experience, but the " redhead" that made my sandwich was very professional and made my terrible day a bit better. I'm away from home 250 days a year. Saw just about everything from coast to coast. 9 times outta 10 you get someone who will work in fast food their whole life. Carrie was great..period

I have been to this store on numerous occasions. I stopped in tonight on my way home and "Paul" must have been in a GREAT mood. His friend working with him was very busy eating her Bojangles while running the register! Paul just looked off into space and complained and it's very clear that Subway is his second job! I normally never complain because I worked in the restaurant industry when I was younger but this was terrible...

Worst service ever. Use to like this place cause its close to my house but after today i will never go there again. Waited in line for 40 min because there was only one person who was working (tim) and he decided he wanted to carrying on a conversation with the customer ahead of me about his whole life story instead of doing his job. I get that he was being friendly but if you cant multi-task then you should focus at the task at hand. Then some of his friends come in high asking him to give them cookies and other stuff and were really loud. Really made me feel very uncomfortable. This is so unprofessional. I won't be buying from this place ever again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. There were NO other customers in the drive thru, yet I was told to "wait", and it ended up taking 6-7 minutes before she took my order. Not to mention I had to repeat it 4 times. Then I waited at least 10 more minutes at the window. The guy with the ponytail and tattoos has the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. Would never recommend this place.

Absolutely disgusting! stopped there Sunday 05/31 and the Red head working the register was extremely rude and the food was surrounded by blow flies and the meat was WARM without toasting the sub the lettuce was wilted and they mayonnaise smelt spoiled and had a yellowish tint. It made me vomit. I took one bite and saw what the sandwich looked like i didn't eat any more of it and 15 minuets later my husband had to pull over as we both were throwing up from the food and his cheese on his smelt spoiled upon further inspection his bread was also a little moldy. Definitely calling the health department tomorrow 6/1!!
